With no experience, our Bird-Dog Program gives investors an opportunity to become full-time real estate investors. Once you become a  Bird-Dog Member you will have the choice of accepting a finder's fee or joint venturing with us in the deal. As soon as you locate a deal send us the details. At the time of closing you will get your finder's fee or your proceeds check. Our program enables you to concentrate on finding deals without having to worry about financing or locating a buyer. No deal is to large or to small. Some investors don't want involvement in rehab work and all the other chores involved in buying and selling real estate. They want to be paid for their discovery and move on -it's your choice. We pay the requested fee and move on to the next property.

If you have already negotiated a deal prior to submitting it to us - that's all right. Your profit in our Bird-Dog Program depends on your depth of involvement in the deal. You will be able to make $1,000 to $100,000 in a single deal. Whether your plans are big or small, we welcome all real estate investors.

 

Due to the overwhelming supply of properties that we receive each day we charge a $12.50 weekly subscription fee. To test our service you are given a three (3) day trial period. Once you become an active Bird-Dog Member you will be able to send all of your deals and potential deals to us. Being a Bird-Dog Member gives you priority! Your deals will be reviewed and prepared to close within 72 hours.
